1.0 Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

1.2 Kingdom Of Creatures or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

1.2 Kingdom Of Creatures reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour, including continual interference with our animal's welfare.

1.3 You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing us at kingdomofcreatures@hotmail.com.

1.4 Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

1.5 You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

1.6 We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

1.7If a session is cancelled by Kingdom of creatures at any point, Kingdom of Creatures will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

1.8 Cancelation of Kingdom of Creatures Subscription. This needs to be done before the 20th of the month in order to be effective from the 1st of the following month. Your membership will therefore continue until the end of the following month. Example: Cancel between 1st and 20th July, last payment was 1st July, subscription will expire on 31st August, utilising final month in advance period*. We do not provide a refund for part months or the last month up front as this is your notice period.
